Controlling Costs

As one of the more significant overheads in your business, tyre replacement can become an increasing costly burden. We offer tyre management solutions to control such expenditure and we typically achieve this by:

• Strict brand policy adherence - we fit tyres you want, where you want, helping support any manufacturer agreements you may have in place.
• Damage re-charge - we have a comprehensive damage re-charge process, providing management information on how and where damage has been made to your tyres.
• Authorisation of work: Before and work is carried out on your fleet, our Centre operations staff will contact you to obtain authorisation. We will proactively work with you to identify your fleet listing to aid this process.
• Pro-active tyre management: In order to manage your fleets more effectively we can spot problems before they occur with regular fleet inspections for both short and long term contracts.
• Monthly Management Reports - we can monitor tyre spend across our centre network, brand policy adherence levels and any trends across your vehicle fleets.
• Casing management: If you operate heavy commercial vehicles we can manage your vehicle casings, ensuring that the asset is always accounted for and returned to any UK site ready for re-use complete with re-tread.

Our 1,000 mobile support vehicles operate nationwide, giving us the ability to carry out on-site tyre servicing and replacement at a time to suit the needs of your business or that of your customer.

This is backed up by a comprehensive rapid response service offering emergency roadside assistance in the event of a tyre-related breakdown. This service offers a ‘one call’ national free phone number connecting your drivers directly to our Birmingham-based Customer Response Team.  From the moment we receive your call, we are typically on the scene within one hour*. This same service extends beyond the shores of the UK thanks to ATS Euromaster’s presence in 12 other European countries.

All ATS Euromaster technicians receive ongoing health and safety training, making them some of the most highly qualified technicians in the business. Our SAFEcontractor accreditation is also proof that we take all possible precautions to adopt best safety practice.
