ATS Euromaster is committed to the continuous development of all its employees. Managers are responsible for the training and development of their team, but individuals take ownership for their own self-development, and will be encouraged and supported to achieve their goals.
On joining ATS Euromaster, after a comprehensive induction, an individual development plan will be agreed and training will be received at appropriate and timely intervals during your career.
Some job roles have a standard set of training modules aimed at giving employees the knowledge and skills required to carry out their daily tasks. As the individual progresses through each module, they will gain the necessary qualifications in a structured way, such as car tyre fitting, truck tyre fitting, brake fitting and many more that will be backed up by a City and Guilds qualification.
