4 tyre lives concept

A new tyre has an initial life expectancy of, on average, between 200,000 and 250,000 kilometres. Through retreading and regrooving the life of a tyre can be prolonged by up to 2½ times using 4 steps.

In simple terms, the four steps to good tyre management are:

1 – a new tyre
2 – regrooving
3 – retreading
4 – regrooving

Through these four stages you can optimise up to 250% more tyre mileage. By taking advantage of all your casings potential, you will ensure low cost operation, improve driver safety and operate a more efficient fleet. The quality of ATS Euromaster services allows our customers to exploit the full potential of their Michelin tyres.
