ATS Euromaster wins highly-sought public sector supplier contract

3rd September 2012

ATS Euromaster has announced it has been awarded supplier status to public sector organisations across the UK after undertaking a comprehensive tender process.

As part of the Government Procurement Service framework agreement RM955, ATS Euromaster is allowed to supply a full range of tyres for cars, vans, 4X4s, trucks and agricultural vehicles over the next four years.

This arrangement encompasses the nation's fire engines, ambulances, prison vehicles and local authority vehicles. Public sector bodies can choose tyres from a variety of approved companies as part of the system.

“In an era of austerity we’re particularly proud to have been appointed to this framework agreement,” said Peter Fairlie, group sales director at ATS Euromaster.

ATS Euromaster had previously been a nominated service partner on the original pan-government tyre sourcing initiative in 2007.

The company also announced that free Wi-Fi is now offered for customers at all ATS Euromaster branches via broadband provider The Cloud.
