DriveRight, an independent provider of data on wheels and tyres, has become the latest firm to sign up as a member of compound safety firm TyreSafe.
The company already provides information for the group's tyre pressure app, which allows drivers to check levels are correct by entering registration numbers into their phone.
Commenting on the new partnership, DriveRight managing director Richard Bailey explained that it was through their work on the smartphone app that the firm gained a first-hand understanding of the "dedication and enthusiasm" of those involved in the organisation.
"It's with great pleasure that we've become its newest member and look forward to being involved in its future campaigns and doing whatever we can to help make the UK's roads safer," he said.
The agreement comes just days after TyreSafe chairman Stuart Jackson called on motorists hitting the road this summer to ensure their tyres were in good working order.
