The Pirelli tyres that will be available to Formula One (F1) teams at the three races following the Grand Prix de Monaco have been announced.
For Montreal, Valencia and Silverstone, the tyre-maker has nominated its P Zero slick compounds, with the P Zero Yellow soft and Red super-soft options set to be available at the Canadian Grand Prix.
Meanwhile, the P Zero White medium and Yellow compounds will be provided to teams at the Grand Prix of Europe in Valencia, while Pirelli will take the P Zero Silver hard and P Zero Yellow choices to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone.
The company explained: "Silverstone is one of the quickest circuits of the year, so the nomination of hard and soft … will showcase both the durability and performance of Pirelli's products."
Earlier this month, Marco Tronchetti Provera of Pirelli told Italian radio station Rai GR Parlamento that the manufacturer is considering the introduction of specific qualifying tyres for the 2013 F1 season.
