Stockton-on-Tees-based Reflex Vehicle Solutions provides flexible rental products for a large number of blue chip companies, such as logistics giant DHL, along with many public sector organisations. The company’s 5,500 strong fleet is made up of a mix of 70 per cent light commercial vehicles and 30 per cent cars. Customers can opt to lease vehicles built to their own specifications and liveried with their own branding, without having to commit to a long-term contract. ATS Euromaster’s Solution

ATS Euromaster has provided tyre repair and maintenance solutions to Reflex Vehicle Solutions since the business began in 2004. Today, the company’s requirements have grown tremendously, along with its fleet, and in October 2010 Reflex’s transactional agreement with ATS Euromaster was replaced with a fully managed contract.

This has enabled the customer to hand over complete responsibility for tyre repair and maintenance, along with the supply and fitment of brakes, batteries and exhausts, for its customers, to ATS Euromaster. All Reflex customers calling to authorise these services are automatically routed to ATS Euromaster’s customer service centre in Birmingham, which operates on a 24/7 basis. ATS Euromaster staff then arrange for the fast and efficient provision of whatever service is required.

Invoicing is carried out on a daily basis, providing Reflex with a comprehensive and up-to-date picture of outgoing costs, thus enabling them to effectively monitor all aspects of fast-fit expenditure.
