Michelin WINTER Promotions – Travel Further with ATS Euromaster

Winter is here, and it’s time for holidays and festive cheer! To help you go further this winter, ATS Euromaster and Michelin have teamed up to bring you an exciting treat when buying Michelin tyres! 

Between 3rd December 2019 – 3rd February 2020 (inclusive) we are offering our retail customers who purchase 2 or more Michelin Cross Climate tyres, a FREE Hotel night away for two! What’s more, to help your wallet go further, we are also offering free fitting* on all Michelin tyres when you purchase 2 or more car, van or 4x4 tyres, online or in-centre. 

Save £26 when buying 2 x tyres, £39 when buying 3 x tyres or £52 when buying 4 x Michelin tyres. The discount will be applied automatically at the basket online or at the till in-centre.  

These offers are valid on tyre purchases made in a single transaction online or in-centre between 3rd December 2019 – 3rd February 2020 (inclusive). Terms and conditions for these offers can be found below.

‘Michelin Free fitting Discount’ Terms and Conditions

  1. ATS Euromaster’s Retail Customers will receive a Free Tyre Fitting Service* when purchasing 2 or more Michelin car, van or 4 x 4 tyres for a single vehicle in a single transaction between 3rd December 2019 – 3rd February 2020 (inclusive).
  2. *The fitting charge will be free-
    1. *up to a maximum value of £26, (inclusive of VAT) for purchases of two Michelin car, van or 4x4 tyres 
    2. *up to a maximum value of £39, (inclusive of VAT) for purchases of three Michelin car, van or 4x4 tyres 
    3. *up to a maximum value of £52, (inclusive of VAT) for purchases of four Michelin car, van or 4x4 tyres

‘Michelin Free Night Away for Two' Terms and Conditions:

  1. ATS Euromaster’s Retail Customers will also be eligible to claim a FREE Night away for Two when purchasing 2 or more Michelin Cross Climate car, van or 4 x 4 tyres for a single vehicle in a single transaction between 3rd December 2019 – 3rd February 2020 (inclusive).
  2. There is a purchase requirement. Claimants must purchase TWO or more car, van or 4x4 Michelin Cross Climate tyres either at an ATS Euromaster Service Centre or on the ATS Euromaster website (https://www.atseuromaster.co.uk/consumer) in a single transaction between 3rd December 2019 – 3rd February 2020 (inclusive) in order to claim a FREE Night away for two. Fitting of online tyre purchases must be completed before a claim can be made.
  3. To claim a FREE Night away for two claimants must register their details on an official form completed online at www.atsrewards.co.uk/nightaway no later than midnight 29th February 2020. Claims made after this time will not be eligible for the offer. Only one claim can be made per person. Only one claim can be made per vehicle.
  4. Fitting of online tyre purchases must be completed before a claim can be made. Claimants will be required to enter a valid ATS Euromaster customer sales receipt number or 'document number' to be eligible to make a claim. A copy of the Customer Sales receipt may be required as proof of purchase.
  5. Completion of the mandatory fields is necessary to carry out identity checks to validate all claims. Claims will be checked against the name and address on the invoice.
  6. Claims may also be made by post by sending a copy of a qualifying Customer Sales Receipt to: Night Away for Two Promotion, Marketing Department, 20 Upper Portland Street, Aston, Birmingham, B6 5TW. Claimants will also need to send a copy of their invoice for their claim to be processed.

 

Extended Terms & Conditions regarding the Michelin WINTER promotions

  1. These offers are available to retail customers purchasing eligible Michelin tyres either at an ATS Euromaster Service Centre or through the ATS Euromaster online shop (https://www.atseuromaster.co.uk/consumer) only. They are not available to ATS Euromaster’s Business or Account Customers.
  2. This offer is subject to stock availability. There may be some tyres which ATS Euromaster are unable to supply, please visit our website for details.
  3. ATS Euromaster’s prices are subject to change at any time
  4. By participating in either (or both) of these offers, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
  5. The FREE Night Away for two will be fulfilled to qualifying claimants within 28 days of the claim being verified.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted by the Promoter for any gifts or items that are damaged or lost during postage.
  7. By participating in this Promotion(s), all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
  8. By participating in the Promotion(s), claimants accept that ATS Euromaster will submit information entered onto the online claim form or application by post to a third party (the Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited) so where required, that they can validate the information provided, confirm the identity of the claimant and issue the reward in accordance with the Promotion.
  9. Entry into this Promotion cannot be made other than strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible, fraudulent and/or late claims will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse a claim if it believes the claim is fraudulent, not legitimate or not valid. The Promoter’s decision is final and is not open to challenge.
  10. These Promotions may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers for the same product or service.
  11. The FREE Night away for two is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  12. The FREE Night away for two is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative reward of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
  13. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any technical or functional issues arising with the Free Night away for two and does not provide any warranty in relation to the offer. Any issues should be referred direct to the supplier (Marketing Lounge Partnership).
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, modify or vary this Promotion(s) as required due to circumstances beyond its control.

Gift Terms and Conditions: 1-night hotel stay for two:

  1. This offer entitles customers to stay for one night, on a room only basis free of charge with no obligation to purchase meals or beverages. 
  2. Please refer to your directory and/or accompanying letter for details of when you need to book and take your break by.
  3. The free one night stay offer can only be redeemed against the cost of accommodation at participating hotels.
  4. Reservations can only be made between one and fourteen days inclusive in advance of the first night's stay.
  5. Bookings can only be made through MLP's central reservations number. Any booking or enquiries made directly with the hotel will not be honoured.
  6. The offer is based on two adults sharing a standard twin or double room. Room upgrades (e.g. to a family room) to include additional guests are chargeable and are to be paid for at the time of booking.
  7. Children are subject to the individual hotel's normal children rates and reservations. Children may not utilise the offer.
  8. All stays are subject to the hotel's availability for the offer. This availability will fluctuate throughout the year. Some hotels operate a strict room allocation policy for promotional bookings.
  9. This offer does not apply to reservations that include public or bank holiday periods in the UK and Ireland, Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas and New Year periods. Availability may be limited during other key periods e.g. Mother's Day and school holidays.
  10. The offer applies to bookings made in advance and does not apply to guests altering a visit after a booking is made.
  11. Meals and beverages are not included in the offer. Any payment for meals and beverages will need to be settled with the hotel at the time of purchase or when checking out of the hotel.
  12. A charge will apply for room upgrades/special facilities (sea/lake view/four poster beds) or any other such supplements e.g. pet supplements.
  13. Any extra nights' accommodation or room upgrades are chargeable and are to be paid at the time of booking. Bookings are made on a non-transferable basis; rooms are pre-paid for and reserved prior to arrival in accordance with the original booking.
  14. If a booking is cancelled your unique booking number will become void and no monies will be refunded. Any payments made for room upgrades, or meals for the length of your stay will not be refunded. 
  15. If booking more than one night's accommodation up to 100% of any additional nights will be charged. Any changes to your booking will be treated as a cancellation.
  16. Prices for any extra nights, room upgrades and meals are valid at date of this offer going live but may be liable to change.
  17. A maximum of one unique booking number can be used on a single booking. Separate bookings, which are believed to be part of the same party, may not combine their unique booking numbers to create a consecutive night stay.
  18. Only one unique booking number can be used per stay.
  19. Hotels featured and all information is correct at time of this offer going live but may be liable to change.
  20. Each hotel has confirmed its willingness to participate in this promotion. The Promoter or any associated partner cannot be held responsible for any hotel subsequently declining acceptance of a booking using the offer.

  22. Cost of travel to the hotel and the cost of any travel or holiday insurance associated with the use of the 'one night free offer' is excluded and is entirely at the expense of each individual. Spending money is not included within the offer.
