At ATSE we play an important part in keeping emergency vehicles on the road during the COVID19 pandemic.
Following the government announcement on 23 March, our Service Centres remain open.
We may have to prioritise emergency fleet work over other customers and we trust that we have your understanding if we need to postpone your job.
The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers remains our number one priority. To help keep our workforce safe, and to ensure they can continue their vital work, we ask that you do not visit our service centres if you are exhibiting the symptoms of the Coronavirus.
Our centre teams and mobile technicians continue to follow rigorous personal hygiene guidelines including wearing gloves for each interaction and washing of hands at all times.
Our centres are being cleaned multiple times throughout the day, including all regularly touched surfaces.
We have removed any non-essential items from our centres, such as magazines and promotional leaflets, and have switched off coffee machines in our waiting rooms until further notice.
We are exercising social distancing and have spaced out waiting area chairs where possible. If not possible, we have placed signs on seating to indicate where customers can sit and still maintain the appropriate distance.
At present we are only able to take card payments and are ensuring that chip and pin machines are suitably cleaned for each and every transaction.
We will not ask customers to ‘sign’ for work using our digital vehicle tablets and will sign on their behalf.
We may ask you to wait in your vehicle to reduce the amount of customers in the centre at any one time.
If any of our centres become affected by resource shortages, we may need to temporarily close and direct customers to alternative locations within our network. Any centre temporary closures will be communicated on the ATS Euromaster website.
Please check the website before travelling to any of our centres to confirm they remain open for business, or for alternative guidance.
