How do I place an order online?
To place an order online, simply add your chosen products or services to your basket, you’ll then be prompted to checkout.
You will be asked to enter your contact details before being shown a list of suitable Centres. Select a Centre to see their appointment availability and choose an appointment time that suits you. Once an appointment has been selected, you’ll be asked to confirm your booking before being redirected to our payment provider.
On completion of payment, a confirmation screen will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent to you.
Why isn’t your website letting me choose my nearest centre?
Whilst the majority of our Centres are able to carry out a large number of the services offered online, sometimes you may be looking to place a booking for a service that your local Centre does not offer. There may also be instances where equipment repair or maintenance mean that your local Centre are temporarily unable to offer your chosen services. In these situations, our Centre search tool will show you the nearest Centres nearest to your location that are able to complete all of the services you have selected.
Why does your website recommend the Incorrect tyre size for my vehicle?
The website recommends the most common tyre fitments for your vehicle based on your vehicle registration. We always recommend that you check that the size returned by the website is correct for your vehicle before placing an order. Why isn’t my registration recognised on your website?
While our vehicle registration look-up tools do cover the vast majority of vehicles, sometimes there are occasions where registrations are not returned. The information these tools use is continually reviewed, and it may be that your vehicle registration will be added. If your vehicle registration is not recognised by the tyre search tool, it is possible to perform a search by size instead - take a look at our guide for information on finding your tyre size.
If your vehicle registration is not recognised on any of our other search tools, please contact your local Centre and they will be happy to advise.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and Paypal online. Card and cash payments are accepted in Centres. Please note that we do not currently accept American Express.
Can I change the location of my booking?
If you'd like to change the location of your booking, please contact our Customer Services Team who will be able to assist.
How do I cancel or modify my booking?
If you’d like to amend or cancel an existing booking with us, please contact the Centre your booking is with. Centre contact details can be found here.
