Why is the price different In-Centre to eShop?
Online prices for product and service are exclusive to the ATS Euromaster website and may vary from the prices in your local centre. Frequently, but not always, the price of a product or service may be lower online. Because the delivery of online products and services is booked in advance our costs are reduced, and because an online sale typically has a three day lead time we can source the product at the most competitive price. We are able to pass these savings on to you.
Where tyre(s) are purchased online but fitment is required the same day then, provided we have the tyre(s) available in centre, you can take advantage of our express fitting service which is available at a supplement of £4.99 per tyre.
What happens when Tyres ordered on eShop are unavailable?
At ATS Euromaster we offer a wide range of products and services, available for fitting from 48 hours of the time of purchase. On the rare occasion that a product is not available at the time of the scheduled appointment, we will endeavour to offer you a rearranged appointment or an alternative product(s).
Alternative products offered will be the same brand and specification where available. If not, an alternative product from the same tier will be offered (Premium, Mid-Range, Budget) of at least the same quality. ATS Euromaster will absorb any additional cost of the alternative product.
If you do not wish to accept the offer of an alternative product a full refund will be issued. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be processed, depending on your bank. We are unable to give a refund after the product have been fitted.
