How do I leave positive feedback about my experience of ATS Euromaster?
There are a few ways you can provide positive feedback about your experience of ATS Euromaster. Shortly after your appointment, you should receive a feedback questionnaire which gives you an opportunity to provide comments. You can also email your feedback to firstname.lastname@example.org. Should you wish, you can leave reviews about ATS Euromaster on third party sites such as TrustPilot and Google.
How do I request a refund?
Please contact the centre who was due to carry out the work and they will process a refund request for you.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your refund request has been processed please allow up to 5 working days for this to display in your account.
I am unhappy about the service I have received and would like to provide feedback, how do I do this?
If you'd like to get in touch about the service you have received, complete the Customer Satisfactory Survey Link you will have received or alternatively, please complete our online form to send details of your complaint to our Customer Relations team. We aim to respond to your query within 21 days.
I had some work done at my local ATS Euromaster centre but did not receive an Invoice - how do I obtain a copy?
Please contact the ATS Euromaster centre where the work was carried out and they will be able to provide a copy of your Invoice.
