Following your appointment, you should receive a feedback questionnaire which gives you an opportunity to provide comments about your experience. You can also leave reviews about ATS Euromaster on third party sites such as TrustPilot and Google.

Online Bookings

To place an order online, simply add your chosen products or services to your basket, you’ll then be prompted to checkout.

You will be asked to enter your contact details before being shown a list of suitable Centres. Select a Centre to see their appointment availability and choose an appointment time that suits you. Once an appointment has been selected, you’ll be asked to confirm your booking before being redirected to our payment provider.

On completion of payment, a confirmation screen will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent to you.

Whilst the majority of our Centres are able to carry out a large number of the services offered online, sometimes you may be looking to place a booking for a service that your local Centre does not offer. There may also be instances where equipment repair or maintenance mean that your local Centre are temporarily unable to offer your chosen services. In these situations, our Centre search tool will show you the nearest Centres nearest to your location that are able to complete all of the services you have selected.

Online Tools

The website recommends the most common tyre fitments for your vehicle based on your vehicle registration. We always recommend that you check that the size returned by the website is correct for your vehicle before placing an order. While our vehicle registration look-up tools do cover the vast majority of vehicles, sometimes there are occasions where registrations are not returned. The information these tools use is continually reviewed, and it may be that your vehicle registration will be added. If your vehicle registration is not recognised by the tyre search tool, it is possible to perform a search by size instead - take a look at our guide for information on finding your tyre size.

If your vehicle registration is not recognised on any of our other search tools, please contact your local Centre and they will be happy to advise.


We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Klarna online. Card, Klarna and cash payments are accepted in Centres. Please note that we do not currently accept American Express.

If you see a product you would like to order on our website please do not book online, contact your local ATS Euromaster centre to submit VAT exemption form and to book the work. The centre will match the price quoted on our website and raise a VAT exempt invoice. You can access a VAT exemption form by clicking here.

Modifying Bookings

If you'd like to change the location of your booking, please contact our Customer Services Team who will be able to assist.

Because the delivery of online products and services is booked in advance our costs are reduced, and because an online sale typically has a two day lead time we can source the product at the most competitive price. Click here to find out more

To claim a free gift as part of a promotion, please visit the claim site referred to on the applicable special offer page on our website. You will need to submit your invoice number, so please make sure you have this to hand. A full list of the promotions available online can be found here

After Sales Support

There are a few ways you can provide positive feedback about your experience of ATS Euromaster. Shortly after your appointment, you should receive a feedback questionnaire which gives you an opportunity to provide comments. You can also email your feedback to Should you wish, you can leave reviews about ATS Euromaster on third party sites such as TrustPilot and Google.

Please contact the centre who was due to carry out the work and they will process a refund request for you.

Once your refund request has been processed please allow up to 5 working days for this to display in your account.

If you'd like to get in touch about the service you have received, complete the Customer Satisfactory Survey Link you will have received or alternatively, please complete our online form to send details of your complaint to our Customer Relations team. We aim to respond to your query within 21 days.

Please contact the ATS Euromaster centre where the work was carried out and they will be able to provide a copy of your Invoice.
