Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is available to ATS Euromaster retail customers only (excluding business, fleet, company vehicle drivers and ATS Euromaster account customers) who are UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this competition are not eligible to enter.
2. To enter, customers must purchase two or more Yokohama car, van or 4x4 tyres in a single online transaction between 4th March 2026 and 31st March 2026 (inclusive). All online purchases must be booked for fitting at the time of purchase.
3. One winner will be selected at random from all qualifying online transactions correctly completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4. The prize is a refund equivalent to the total cost of the Yokohama tyre purchase only, including fitting, balancing, valve and disposal charges, up to a maximum of 5 tyres per transaction. The prize excludes any additional products or services purchased as part of the same transaction.
5. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of booking within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. The refund will be paid via BACS bank transfer to the winner. No cash alternative is available.
7. Only one entry is permitted per vehicle and per transaction.
8. This competition cannot be used in conjunction with any other tyre promotion, discount or price match offer but may be combined with offers outside of the tyre category where applicable.
9. By participating in this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for transactions not successfully completed due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
12. Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will only be processed for the purposes of administering the competition and arranging the prize. Data will be handled in accordance with ATS Euromaster’s Privacy Policy.
13. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by negligence.
14. This competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
