ATS Euromaster to launch in-house call centre
ATS Euromaster has today announced plans to transfer its existing 24/7 Breakdown Call Centre operation in-house, to sit within the Customer Support Centre at the company headquarters in Aston, Birmingham. The new ATS Euromaster Call Centre will be launched on the 31 st March, 2018. There are no planned redundancies as part of the move and ATS Euromaster is actively recruiting for additional Call Centre staff. The decision to launch a new Call Centre operation is a result of the company transforming the way it works to provide a “Go Mobile” service to business customers, servicing their vehicles either at their premises or at the roadside. The new Call Centre will allow ATS Euromaster to continue to provide outstanding customer care, every step of the way, whenever and wherever our customers need it.

With all elements of our service being brought in-house, our customers will be able to benefit from our unmatched expertise, whether they’re visiting one of our Service Centres or calling for a trusted Technician to support them on the road.”
