Complaints

If you'd like to get in touch about the service you have received, please complete our online form to send details of your complaint to our Customer Relations team. We aim to respond to your query within 7 days.

Refunds

To request a refund for an online purchase, please contact the local centre that you booked your appointment with when you placed your order (the contact details will be on your order confirmation email). For all other refund requests, please contact the local centre where the initial purchase was made.
