Terms & Conditions

Purchase Information

• Voucher must be purchased from Groupon prior to booking an appointment with an ATS Euromaster Centre
• Voucher is valid for 1 Air con recharge at £47.49 or 1 Air-con recharge and clean for £58.99 paid to Groupon using R134A refrigerant only (this offer excludes vehicles which require R1234yf refrigerant).
• Offer also includes a full digital vehicle health check report courtesy of ATS Euromaster.
• Offer available to Retail customers only.
• Voucher available for use immediately after purchase.
• Vouchers expire 30th September 2025 and will become inactive after this date.
• Air Conditioning Recharge service takes approximately 1 hour.
• A pressure test will be carried out prior to the Air-conditioning Recharge and Anti-bacterial treatment being carried out.
• If a leak in the air conditioning system is detected during the pressure check the recharge and treatment will not proceed. In this instance, Groupon will refund the full value of your voucher (subject to their Terms and Conditions).

Restrictions 

• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/s, on the same product or service.
• Each voucher must be redeemed during a single visit and used by the same customer/vehicle. 
• This service is applicable to Car, van & 4x4 vehicles only.
• Not valid for electric or hybrid vehicles, Air-conditioning Recharge services are not available at all ATS Euromaster Service Centres.

• Does not include any air con system repairs.  

Booking 

• Pre-booked appointments are required. Appointments can be booked directly with a participating ATS Euromaster Service Centre (see list above) through the online booking tool available here.
• Appointments can be made Monday to Friday between 08.30am & 17.30pm and Saturday from 08.30 to 17.00pm (subject to availability).  Service Centres are closed on Sundays. 
• All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. 
• The voucher may not be redeemed against online purchases. 

Pollen Filter Terms and Conditions

• The ATS centre will check to see if the pollen filter is changeable and the frequency that the part should be changed via E3 Technical support. 
• In the event that a replacement is required, the customer is entitled to a 10% discount from the ATS retail price, provided the new filter is supplied and fitted during the same visit as the aircon re-gas. 
• For the avoidance of doubt, the 10% discount will not be available in the event that the required filter is out of stock or otherwise cannot be fitted as part of the same visit.

Cancellations / Re-scheduled appointments 

• Should ATS need to cancel or amend the appointment for any reason that is beyond their control they will contact the customer in advance to re-arrange the next most convenient time for them to come in. 
• Groupon Customers who book an appointment at ATS are requested to give 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel their appointment by contacting the ATS centre that they booked at. A suitable replacement time slot will be found for the customer. 

Further Information 

• Groupon is the seller of voucher, but ATS Euromaster is responsible for fulfilling all services included in the offer.
• Unused vouchers may be refunded by Groupon (subject to their Terms and Conditions).
• No refunds will be issued against redeemed vouchers by Groupon.
